Ready to Broaden the Horizons

I’m ready to be more open to new ideas and better things that life has to offer. I’m ready to broaden my horizons and live life to the fullest.  I refuse to hit the ground anymore and watch other amazing people do amazing things. Right now, I’m choosing to be that amazing person.

I’m going places that I wouldn’t dare go before. I’m doing things that are out of my comfort zone just to experience new opportunities. I’m not afraid of the mountains in my way or the people who have nothing better to do than to stall my progress towards my destiny. I have a purpose, passion, and a drive to make things happen under God’s timing. And most importantly, I’m fearless in my purist for happiness.

No one is in charge of my happiness, except for myself. People can add to my happiness but it doesn’t define it. I’ve come to realize that the best way to be happy is to first love the person you are. By doing that, I’ll be able to accomplish anything and everything that comes my way. I’m not afraid of whatever things that might bring me down in life or the people who love to spit out balls of negativity for no good reason. If they have some truth in what they’re saying then I will learn to grow from it but I won’t let it drag me down.  I’m okay with letting people leave my life who don’t make an effort and I’m satisfied with where I am in my current situation. Sure, I got plans to better myself but I know I’m on that journey already.

I’m writing, blogging, running, studying, working, and doing more “-ings” than I ever thought possible. I’m going to keep on doing that to reach my maximum potential. There’s so much beauty in the world that I want to diverge into and learn about. I am a teacher after all, I need to expand my horizons to help others expand theirs. I’m excited for what life has to offer and I know God is good.

I hope everyone else can choose to broaden their horizons and explore life in the most richest and vibrant ways possible! Teach others to be their own inspiration! 🙂
